Payment options include all major credit cards, digital payments such as PayPal, Buy Now, Pay Later services including Klarna, and bank transfers or checks for larger acquisitions.

We offer interest-free, customized payment plans. Please fill out our Payment Plan Request Form or contact us via hello@carnivalopera.com or 208.810.0294. 30% deposit required on all artworks, standard 1-3 month terms and extended terms up to 6 months with artist approval.

Please note: All payments and deposits are non-refundable unless artwork is lost or damaged while in our care. All sales are final.

Exhibited artwork will ship within 3-6 business days. Artwork is shipped with insurance, delivery signature and tracking.

• Domestic: Shipping calculated at checkout, 3-6 business days
• International: Use our Shipping Quote Request Form for quotes, 7-14 business days
• Duties/taxes: Customer responsibility for international orders

Please note we do not accept returns on original artwork or shop items. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
