An exhibition celebrating of untrained hands and unschooled vision, art made by instinct, memory, and necessity rather than technique learned in a classroom. Folk art carries the fingerprints of its maker: repetition as ritual, color as intuition, subject matter pulled straight from lived experience, faith, and folklore. We’re looking for work rooted in tradition and self-taught mastery and the kind of art that doesn’t ask permission to exist.
